I don't run very fast.
But that isn't the point.
What matters is the fact that I ran.
I know not everyone is a runner.
But I hope you have a thing for yourself that is like running for me.
Something that brings you out of your comfort zone.
That isn’t easy but you feel accomplished after doing it.
Something that helps you connect with others.
On my run yesterday, I had this fun thought:
Power Acronym 108: R.U.N.
What's your R.U.N.?
That thing you could invite me or challenge me to do?
Where you lean over and ask…”are you in?”
Because we all need a bit of challenge, risk, something to dare to do.
But it doesn't have to be any great feat.
It doesn't even have to be challenging, really.
Just something new or out of the norm.
A walk in the park.
A new restaurant.
A trip out of town.
A call to an old family member or friend.
Introducing yourself to a stranger.
What else could it be?
Take the road less traveled.
Share the experience with a friend.
