Knowledgeable
What do you know a lot about?
It doesn't matter if I'm interested or not, there's something about being incredibly knowledgeable about a particular subject that is captivating to witness.

If you work in a drive through, know the menu like your home address.
Leaders are learners.
The more you know, the better you can help others and the faster you will grow personally, professionally and financially.
Kindness
The world is going through some wild times right now, which is not all that different than pretty much all of history.
You never know what someone is going through.
So being kind can really change a life.
Hold the door open for someone.
Buy someone lunch or dinner.
Do someone a favor.
Be kind.
Kinetic
Kinetic means movement.
Because all that knowledge and kindness doesn't do the world much good if it isn't celebrated or shared with others.
Movement is a fundamental of good health people seem to take for granted.
It's a blessing to have two legs and two feet.
The ability to walk, run, boat, drive, and fly.
Movement is linked to longer life and researched have found that folks who walk over 5,000 steps a day tend to report happier lives.
So get moving!
